Operation Analysis and Routing:

Review current District routes, policies and guidelines:

1. Realign trips within bus routes to eliminate duplications and inefficiencies. Identify potential consolidations/realigment. 
2. Provide recommendations for potential bus routes/bus consolidations; Update the District’s Transfinder map for all schools as appropriate. 
3. Develop new routes for improved efficient and lower operating costs.

Provide recommendations for potential bus routes/bus consolidations.

After acceptance of proposed modifiications for the Districts consolidations, Implement routing changes and provide the appropriate working Transfinder database for managing the District’s trips and routes for the next fiscal year.

Transfinder Training:

Start up, Mid-level and Advance user training.

BBSilentPardner, LLC will support normal working hours training beginning in January 2009 but recommends our innovative training schedule [Evenings and Weekends] to eliminate interruptions and lost training time that is unavoidable during working hours.

Accomplish uninterrupted, individualized/tailored training for a few hours in the evening or on Saturday provides a learning enviornment that increases participant interaction and increased the learning, retention curve.  [More...]
